Inexpensive Gifts for Kids

Inexpensive gifts for kids are often hard to come by.  Manufacturers sell a wide variety of toys, books, and games online and in-store.  However, when we look for deals, it doesn’t necessarily mean that we are getting a worthy product.  Books, magazines, retro games, and wooden play sets are inexpensive gifts for kids that are fun and educational.  I have included some products that we have used in our home.  I have found these items to be an excellent deal for the price.

Inexpensive gifts for kids are available online and in-store, but finding worthy products at a fair price can be difficult to find.

Comics, Cartoons, and Fun Magazines

Comics and cartoon magazines are popular among boys and girls of various ages.  DiscountMags.com offers titles like Disney Junior, Batman, Looney Tunes, Ms. Marvel, and many more.  Children who are not interested in reading full-length novels but have an interest in other areas shop at DiscountMags.com.  Many children enjoy Marvel and DC so comics are definitely an alternative option.

In addition to comics and cartoons, DiscountMags.com offers Fun for Kidz magazines.  DiscountMags.com has titles like Baking for Beginners, National Geographic Kids, and Animal Tales.  If you have a child that has an interest in baking or animals, DiscountMags.com has an assortment for everyone.  As a result DiscountMags.com has over 1,500 magazines in their collection.  Shipping is included with every purchase made online.

Zoobooks

Other inexpensive gifts for kids are Zoobooks.  My children received Zoobooks from their grandmother when they were in preschool and elementary school.  Zoobooks has three choices to choose from because they cater to various age groups.  My girls enjoyed the easy read articles on animals and interactive pages within the articles.  A one-year subscription of Zoobooks for $19.95 includes free shipping.  Above all each subscription also includes a free digital subscription and various gifts.

Melissa & Doug

Some of my favorite early learning games and play foods are from Melissa & Doug.  Melissa & Doug have a large assortment of classic toys, blocks, puzzles, and dolls.  Having children who were hard on their toys, I found that the wood style toys lasted much longer than the usual plastic toys.  Barnes and Noble sells the full line of Melissa & Doug products.  Furthermore, Barnes and Noble includes free shipping on qualifying purchases over $25.

Retro Games

If you are anything like me and enjoy sharing some old favorites with your kids, you’ll enjoy some of the games that World Market offers.  Inexpensive gifts for kids at World Market include Retro Miss Match Hopscotch Game, DC Comics Retro Superman Playing Cards, DC Comics Retro Wonder Woman Playing Cards, and Desktop Ping Pong Set.  Finally, when you visit World Market online click on World Market Coupons to obtain a complete list of World Market coupons, offers, and promotions.
